(No Audio, Scroll only) NC Statewide AMBER Alert on Spectrum TV

The audio for some reason wasn't recorded by glitch unfortunately, but the red scroll explains it all! So just read from the scroll I guess.. :/ All though I was lucky to record another EAS Alert of the red scroll.

I don't do it as much anymore, and it would not look great if I did it with the red scroll.
