How to make spinach pasta with a juicer

Many horizontal juicers include pasta nozzles, and are great machines for making pasta. This recipe shows how to use both the juicing and processing screens on a juicer to make fresh spinach pasta.
Ingredients:
300g flour
3 eggs
salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh spinach juice

Hi! I want to make pasta with my Sana 727. is it possible to change the nozzle to a 707 or 606 to do this?

Hello. Unfortunately not. The 727's cap connects with the auger to spin the pulp cutting blade. The fitting is a little different than the 606 or 707.

Dear Dan, is it also the plan to create these wonderful tools also for Sana 727 supreme? I bought one this year and it would be great to have access to such great tools as well ... :-)

Hi Monika. Unfortunately since the Sana 727 Supreme uses a new juicing system with a rotating blade to squeeze the pulp, pasta wouldn't work on it. It would be cut into small bits.

Can you add the pulp to the dough?

You could add a little pulp to the dough for more spinach flavor. You would just need to add a bit more flour to keep the consistency proper.
