順便科普一下其實鬼壓床是意識醒了但身體還沒解鎖(?)無法動彈，連試著張嘴發出聲音也無法所以才會讓人慌張以為是跟超自然力量有關，而正式的醫學名稱叫做「睡眠癱瘓症」，好發於壓力大或睡眠不足等狀況之下，孩子們真的要好好休息阿😢
布丁安思 可是她是睡著後被吵醒才發現的欸 感覺跟你科普的不是同一個狀況？
布丁安思 的確以科學臨床實驗是證實因為睡眠的狀態其實與入滅的狀態同樣，所以大腦為了要測試神經傳導與各器官之間是否正常而緊急啟動自我保護機制.
即便如此、自己曾旅遊獅城兩次共住宿6晚更巧合的都與小猛獸有相同的遭遇，這真的是不愉快的經驗…其實獅城與京都很像，都有著很多生人勿近難以理解的迷惑地區😔
我有這樣過 我前幾天在學校做夢本來都好好的
突然眼前一黑
我感覺我的姿勢是趴著在睡覺但眼睛面對著手
所以看不到
但是我突然隱隱約約聽到背後是地震警報
同學都趴下去躲了的感覺但只有我還趴著不能動
頭還自己動起來但眼前還是一片黑
最後還是醒來了 當時真的很害怕也很慌張
但幸好是夢
