    Thank you for sharing your recipe! I attempted making it twice. 1st attempt, i used the same measurements, except the sugar, i did 1.5 cup. The texture came out a bit thick after i steamed it but overall, they turned out good, sweetness was what i aim & achieved. My 2nd attempt, today, texture came out even better. The difference was, I added an extra cup of cold water.
    Again, thanks for sharing & cant wait to try other recipes ! ❤️

      Miss Chenda you can always add stevia instead of sugar so it won't spike up your sugar level.

      Yes, you may use cupcake pans, and regular cake pans. No need for oil.. Just make sure to let cool completely!

    Mine came out super rubbery. I think 10 minutes may be too long. I did 7 instead and it came out great

      Someone did say they tried using a wheat flour. I personally have not tried wheat flour. try cassava root.

  • @yourtruly376
    @yourtruly376 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    why did you used 2 cups of tapioca flour and 1 cup rice flour?

    • @HaibTshajHaib
      @HaibTshajHaib 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Less rubbery. I did try 2 cups each and the cake is harder and more rubbery.
      Gonna try her recipe to see.
