Telangana has a lake in every village , built by the Great Kakatiya Empire. with their strategy of Temple , Tank , Town .
Sir Asia's 2nd biggest lake is in Karnataka lake name is Sulekere(shanthisagara) channagiri taluk Davangere dist, this lake is built in 11th century by queen shanthavva , this lake is still well maintained
