Flair 58 : Finally channeling is fixed. Took me nearly 3 months to figured out.

Flair 58 : Pre-heat number 3
Grinder : Zentis NZR-64 (aka DF64)
Burr : Upgraded to SSP Burr Multi-Purpose Red Speed
Grind size : 11
Roaster : Phil Coffee Co
Coffee Origin : Thai, Brazil, Ethiopia
Roast : Medium
Dose weight : 18g.
Water Temp : 93.5c
How I did it :
Grinded then used WDT before tamping. Pre-infused for few second at 3 bar, then gently bring it up to 9 bar until reach 38ml.
Note : Finally channeling problem is fixed. Almost perfect, only 1 small spot. Thank to my handmade WDT. Might be upgrade to those 3D printing and acupuncture needle. Nearly 3 months of struggling. So happy to give WDT a try.

WDT really makes a big difference. Finer needles like acupuncture needle 0.3-0.4mm works great

I think my previous WDT didn’t work well, plus I stop using leveller as I saw on youtube, a guy said leveller could compress coffee unevently.
