It felt like they decided to cinematically kill her off. IF she died from that explosion it would be somewhat poetic. My issue with that scene is that Vi has been through a lot and it feels uncharacteristic of her to collapse infront of WW after they just fought. Regardless I could see someone explain her emotions away and reason in that she got emotionally overwhelmed.

But that don't change that Cait was holding part of Jinxs detonated grenade and watching the plans of the exact place where Jinx "boom herself and vander". I know we may never know for sure what happened. But think with me, would not it be the perfect end for Jinx and Vi? I mean...Ekko conviced her not do die, Jinx didn't want to mess Vi life anymore, so..."boom, hide, go live my life and let others live theirs". At least for me was the perfect end. I am not even mad.
Jinx, dead or alive, doesn't matter whether she lives in her story, I've never seen a character arc so well developed. This French studio took anime to a new level. Things have a beginning and an end and this was not rushed, it made sense
What makes Arcane so good is it let's you be sympathetic towards background characters as well. Riot is really good with character building even with few screentime, brilliant af.

On top of that, to expand on what you already said - the League game hasn't been canon for a while now. It originally started out as a sort of in-Universe tournament, but it has canonically ended a few years ago due to certain events (I don't remember exactly what it was). So the whole "characters can't die because they are in the game" argument is basically meaningless.
There will not be a season 3 of arcane but there will be another series that takes place in Noxus. This was confirmed and hinted at a few times by some writers

Riot has seemingly said that we won't get a season 3. That their next series will be about new stories and characters. But we do need a lot of answers. Where are Jayce, Victor and Heimer now? We know Jinx is MOST likely alive due to that shimmer line escape from the explosion and that she's also most likely on that airship at the end, but why make it so...weirdly ambiguous? Why not just show us that she's on it? Also, what happened to Ekkos little hidden community? They were his reason for leaving his perfect other world and we don't even get confirmation on whether or not they survived. I'm curious as to what their next series is but I really hope they fill in some of the blanks. Caitlyns line "are you still in this fight" is also a strange thing to have her say if, supposedly, we'll never see some of these characters again.
Remember bros, Riot said that It won be more seasons because they want to focus on other locations. BUT that doesnt mean we wont see this characters again, talking about Piltover and Zaun this season finish this story very well, both cities can finally start to heal and work together.
episode 1, one of the first scenes is powder saying "One day I'm going to fly one of those things." Then the last episode, final frame shows an airship being flown in the exact same manner, direction, and with no context. In animation, every scene matters for a reason. This is their way of showing those that paid enough attention that Jinx is taking Silco's advice and "Leaving" the cycle.

Just finished watching S1 and S2 in two days, and I must say i don't want to say goodbye to the characters at all.. I enjoyed the series too much and didn't want to end at all.. Don't know what to do with my life now lmao.. So my question is, should I start re-watching it again? Is it too soon, should I wait a couple of weeks, than re-watching it.. i don't know
Swain's raven watching everything, the black rose, lots of references to noxus, GOD I hope the next series is about noxus. Although it's also very funny when Jayce says that this war will be the biggest in Runeterra when that war is not even a shadow of other wars, even Swain was able to stop Viktor without problems.
You are comparing Viktor from the League, who is literally just a Cyborg with advanced technology - to Viktor from Arcane, whose pure magical power seems to come from the Void itself (at least visually). Outside of the fact, that Riot already announced he will be getting a major backstory rewrite - I don't think they could have made it any more obvious, that he's significantly more powerfull in the Show...

I think the person that met with Caitlyn was jinx that was she was trying to say at Vi in the prison, probably jinx told Caitlyn that she will go away and not to tell Vi, but Caitlyn tried to tell Vi but Vi dismissed it because she wants action in the prison
Jinx actions caused heavy impacts on piltover as we know ❤️🩹 we all love her (real) but ik she was leaving her past in that air tunnel and start a new chapter (at the ending scene her peacefully smiling is a foreshadowing) she 101% escaped with the ship her shimmer flexibilities are very fast as we saw in act 1-2 she is alive, she just wants Vi to be happy and not be a burden anymore in her life, thats why she broke the toxic cycle (without Vi knowing that she survived) just wait guys for the next events, we will maybe see Jinx with Lux on her journey, riot will drop more from the League world- 💫
