How we make waffle cones from scratch

adding recipe for 10 waffle cones which is 1/4 of the recipe shown on video:
4 oz egg white
7 oz powdered sugar
1 g salt
4 g vanilla extract
9 oz AP flour
1 stick of butter (4 oz) melted
3 oz heavy cream
