I love the story of Ruth and Naomi. They model a timeless and blessed relationship. Though each in a very different season of life, they honor each other and God above All. Truly over-rides the age-old joke about "mothers-in-law!" A profound love wants the happiness of the other more than their own gratification. They each held this for each other. A beautiful variation of a loving relationship, while different from romance, it is just as divine. Thank you, dear Lady for the wonderful scripture you share every week.
