I like Lady Gaga but after the first Haus Labs launch, I was certain I wasn't going to be interested in the brand. Then they pulled out this collection and I have done a complete 180 🙈 I will be buying something from every line I think 😬

Such a 180 from the initial release! Honestly I almost brushed this video off because the first round from Haus was so underwhelming. This is finally starting to feel like Gaga, though, and now I might have to go order Fire Opal for myself. 😂
I really didn't care about the rebrand until I saw it. Everything is SO BEAUTIFUL! I ordered a highlight and bronzer, but I have like 4 other highlight shades in my cart that could work as blush for me. Such a beautiful launch! I feel like Amazon dodi Gaga dirty.

So I swatched Fire Opal at Sephora and I was soooo excited for it. It looks STUNNING in the pan, but it just reads as gold on me. None of that orangey color comes through at all so I was disappointed. Still looking for a good orange-tinted highlighter.
The bronzer ist crazy. I'm actually a light medium skin tone, prob. 2 shades lighter than you Alicia, but I purchased LIght level 8 after swatching in store! The tone was the most flattering on my olive skin tone, and it's so blendable (though very pigmented) that I can use it wonderfully when I'm moving towards my summer tan. Super versatile.
Thank you Alicia for always taking the time to tell us about the brand/creator history! Even if it's someone as famous as Lady Gaga, it's so worthwhile hearing more about the brand itself before jumping into the demos. I don't use highlighter but the bronzer looks gorgeous on you, I'm now really tempted to pick it up.

I love the revamp of the brand! I think I'll definitely try out the highlighter! I'm obsessed with the gel to powder formulas that brands release 😍 especially when it's an Italian formulation!
This probably isn't PC to say but, the combination of these products, particularly the shades and texture gives you an almost post coital glow, extremely stunning. As if you just went for a romp on a Mediterranean terrace. Forgive my boldness. lol
I ordered 2 of the eyeliners: a bright chartreuse green and cobalt blue. I also ordered the bronzer in level 3. I haven't tried them yet, but I will this week. Great review! The lip oil looks and sounds lovely too.
I wrote a review about the bronzer on Sephora, the only NON PAID review😉, and I said the same thing it is creamy! I am NC 20 and level 3 was perfect for me. I love the cocoa brown eye liner as well! Lisa❤

I really appreciate this thorough review! I hadn’t considered purchasing anything, but that highlight looks beautiful on you - you and I wear the same Nars foundation shade. However, if you went to high school with Lady Gaga - you are MUCH younger than I am, so I put your youthful texture in consideration. I have been using an Hourglass cream highlighter for years because I prefer a glow rather than sparkle. But, I may test this in Sephora.

I work for benefit alicia and starlaa had some issues after manufacturing. It damaged easily in transit and i also noticed it got hard pan extremely quickly when i was able to swatch it so i assume that was also part of the defect. It will be released very soon, i will DM you once its out 🥰

Hi Alicia, perhaps the rubberized lid on the bronzer is a nod to the people who are handicapped or just challenged in holding and opening slippery packaging. I’m a senior citizen but still purchase and use new makeup brands. I’ve found some are pretty packaging but they are problematic to hold or open. I appreciate non-slippery compacts,
I am picking up my dusty azz that does not like to go around people over to my local Sephora to go look at the highlighters cause those deep highlighters (Bronze and Chocolate Opal) have my full attention!
Haus Labs is too late as I already have a lot of options, so NO BUY. I hate this minimum price per purchase as they give you a huge product that you would never ever finish. 😮 I would prolly go for a palette of highlighter, bronzer or a total face look.
Gaga has such definitive aesthetics and visuals throughout her career and I see none of that in her brand, in her packaging. That's what was missing for me in the first attempt and its whats still missing from this attempt. This brand could be from anyone, that has nothing to do with the quality of the products, but especially with the ridiculous price hike of this second attempt I wish we had more unique and special packaging that called back to the aesthetic "eras" of her career. It's difficult to get excited about a makeup brand from my favorite music artist when I can't see her in it at all and the products themselves aren't special or even collectible "merch", as in my opinion they should be. I'm glad the actual products of this second try are better but I just still dont get Gaga from any of it.

I think if you shave the hair on your face, the colors will show more and it will be more genuine testing of the brand. The powders or creams wont be suspended on the hairs.
