      It's just nice to know that it's not just one of the many Michigan lakes that we often find some 2-3 1/2 foot gator in at some point in the summer. Every time I've heard of it happening it's always a lake with lots of houses and that's why I'm convinced it's a pet someone couldn't afford to feed anymore and couldn't find a zoo to take it willingly. The irony is that pet alligators are legal here but importing or selling alligator leather isn't 🤔. As a leather worker this bugs the crap hell out of me.

    "down right waffle house behavior" is my new go to slang this summer

  • @chibideadpoo
    @chibideadpoo 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    You should only be allowed to drive in the carpool lane while pregnant, if you have more than one baby! (Going on the idea the carpool lane is for more than 2 people.)

    • @alanfernandez4521
      @alanfernandez4521 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Only some carpool lanes required 3 or more passengers. Most carpool lanes only require 2 or more passengers.

    • @Alexander_C69
      @Alexander_C69 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Under Texas HOV lane laws only Motorcycles, mass transit, and vehicles with two or more occupant can use a HOV lane, an occupant is defined as any person who occupies a safety restraint device so as a pregnant women only occupies a single safety restraint device they count as a single occupant.

    • @CPFitzgerald
      @CPFitzgerald 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Alexander_C69 might need to check the wording on persons that occupy a safety restraint, my reading of what you show only states persons occupying a safety restraint, nothing about individually occupying the restraint. If a fetus is a person, then they are occupying the safety restraint via the mother. That will likely also be cleared up in the lawsuit along with how/when Texas defines person.

    • @Alexander_C69
      @Alexander_C69 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@CPFitzgerald Any reasonable person (Even an Texas GOP Representative who supports the idea that an unborn child should be counted as a passenger does not believe that the Texas Transportation Code recognises a unborn child as a passenger.) would read that as meaning persons have to be sat in diffident seats, especially given that Texas law states that if an child is not required to be secured in a child passenger safety seat they have to be securing individually by a safety belt. On top of that Texas law makes children being in front seats illegal, and requires an child who is younger than eight years of age to be secured in a child passenger safety seat, making the idea that arguing that a fetus is an person is valid and sensible legal case against an HOV violation ticket even more laughable.

      hi, bi-carolinian here. the guidestones kinda looked more like stonehenge, though at the same time they were cut and had etchings on them. to be fair, no one here ever called them "america's stonehenge" and now they are just a historical footnote.
