I read Jules Verne as a child and it lead me on a wonderful path of discovery. So glad to see him remembered like this. Thank you I love intelligent music...I love the biblical undertones One of the most intelligent bands I've run across for ages .
Found Enchenté last night and the first 10sec had me hooked now im looking at yalls music and i freaking love it!! I listened to Enchenté my entire overnight shift on repeat lol 8 and a half hours on repeat.
The thing I love most about DPR vocals is that they use their voices with 100% effectiveness. You guys never do anything inappropriate for the instruments you have and it's just wonderful.
THIS IS SO GOOD. i don't know if the music i'm finding lately is getting better and better, or if i'm getting more emotional about music recently, but penelope graves is the most powerful song i've ever heard. you guys are going to need to write the theme for my funeral because this is KILLING me. these might be the best songs i've ever heard, it's overwhelming!!!! AAAAAHH!!!!
I appreciate that. Indie bands rely heavily on people sharing the content since we work with really small budgets. It’s seems that the people that find us don’t seem underrate us, the bigger problem is that we are unknown.
I don't know if I've ever commented before but I was introduced to DPR by my best friend and first ever love. The first song I ever heard was The Cage Version of Great Vacation, it took a while for me to come around to listening to all the albums, and granted many of the songs had to grow on me. This album especially was the one I say grew on me most, because most of the other albums I generally enjoyed and came to love. This one however took the most time for me to come around to because I only enjoyed Babylon, Penelope Graves, and Enchante at first. I loved them dearly though, so I kept coming back to this album. I can say with confidence now that I absolutely love this album now!
I’m so glad my friend showed me this He showed me Babylon awhile ago and I was on a two hour ferry ride so I thought “listen to the rest of it” Absolutely incredible stuff. It’s such a vivid vibe and I adore it
all of your music is the type of music you desperately want to sing along to on the first listen because it's just so amazing, I can't wait to loop this all through Christmas break until I've got it memorized and can sing along to all of it!!!!!!

Found this album like two months ago and I still am not over it. Absolutely magnificent. Every single song just its own masterpiece.
