    I saw the reel on facebook and came here for more details. I’m thinking about strings for my drawstring gift bags.

    I'm going to try adding beads to the strands, maybe like every four strands or so just to add some sparkle. I'll report back if i can make it work. Lol thank you for this tutorial! I have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and have hypermobile finger joints so holding strands of floss tightly around my fingers with constant tension really hurts, but this is totally going to be doable! Accessible, inclusive crafts ftw! Just subbed because you're awesome! ☺️💗

    I just came across the reel on Facebook too and now I'm here at 5:26am, subscribed and picking out yarn and about to make a bracelet. I guess I'm not sleeping tonight 🤦‍♀️😅

      @AGirlandaGlueGun it turned out great, thank you 😍 I was struggling at first, because it's kinda like knitting and that's not my type of craft, but I got the hang of it and I'll be making two for each junk journal I make and sell now. 😍💜

    I love making these. It's relaxing. I make them for my necklaces. Great for Gothic type of jewelry.

    You’re a great instructor because you’ve prepared us for all the pitfalls. I’m going to go out and buy my floss tomorrow and start making these little beauties right away. Thanks so much for sharing this easy craft. 🙏🏾💙

    I'm not terribly crafty, but I think I could do this! It seems like it would be a good project for senior citizens too!

    Could you do a tutorial on how to end off the bracelet please? And also maybe one where you use more string to make a thicker bracelet?

    This is great, one suggestion I would make is add numbers or letters to the notches, so small children can remember better, no??

    Have you tried to do this with more threads? If yes, can you provide tips? I think this technique would make a great bag strap if it was thicker.

      Maybe use paracord?

    • @AGirlandaGlueGun
      @AGirlandaGlueGun  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Haven't tried it with thicker or more threads-but I know it works! Paracord is thicker and work well. Search up kumihimo and see if you can find a bigger strap technique.

      If you google kumihimo you will see lots of different braiding techniques- so the numbers are there to keep track as we braid! Not needed for this easy bracelet!

      We keep our size between 5-6 inches! I don’t really think it matters but i haven’t tested out a larger or smaller one!
