Vršič Pass - Slovenia

Vršič Mountain Pass, in Slovenia, with its 1,611m is the highest road pass in the Eastern Julian Alps. The high-mountain road from Kranjska Gora through Vršič to Log in Trenta has 50 serpentines, 24 on the side of Kranjska Gora and 26 on the Trenta side.
Riding along Vršič Pass in Triglav Naitonal Park, got our engine revving, our hearts racing, and provided with some of nothing short of spectacular views, along the entire drive! It not only looks a great road on paper, it contains all the key ingredients for one of the world's list-toppers.
