She was going to stick to that until the judge probed further. She had the audacity to act shocked and say, “judge this is the first time I’m seeing this message.” Well, yeah….you blocked her; what were she expecting to see after that. Any type of hair like that is usually a little heavy. Especially if you aren’t use to wearing hair like that…. The bigger you get. The heavier they can be.

    Sounds like the plaintiff didn’t do her full research on this style

  • @taurus2600
    @taurus2600 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I think the plaintiff should have took this as a lesson learned. She asked for it! Was also nice of the defendant to offer to take it out for free. The plaintiff was impatient. How in the world do u message someone then block them right afterwards lol

  • @Kre410
    @Kre410 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hair is heavy….how is that the stylist fault? Do your research. Ask other ppl who have long locs how heavy they are. Don’t you need to get used to it?

  • @alamodedesign

    So u have natural Locs. U get faux Locs over them and you don’t expect them to be heavy? Girl bye.

  • @carmenultra1
    @carmenultra1 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Ngl, the style looks very heavy, but that’s the plaintiff’s fault for wanting more hair added. She warned her the locs were going to be stiff and thick. What did she expect?

    This is why u need blck judges who understand the complexity of black hairstyles- if she had kept it in any longer her hair could have been pulled more and 6 hours is how long that style can take - not abnormal

  • @prototypechicc3551
    @prototypechicc3551 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    This woman smh the hairstylist kept asking you how is it how is it? And you said it was good. And you picked the hair smh. The stylist did nothing wrong and was professional plus it really does depends on the type of hair the length the thickness!

  • @arthurbb8937
    @arthurbb8937 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Can a wig or a weave or any fake hair be heavy enough to hurt your neck? Why not just cut them a little instead of removing them? I guess human hair would be lighter because people have real very long dreads all the time.

    I was 100% against the plaintiff til I saw pics lmao that hair was DEFINITELY too thick and stiff for each loc. She messed up when she didnt say anything while it was being done or before she left 😬

  • @NikkNak86
    @NikkNak86 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Both styles look heavy to me because of the length and amount of hair. She must be the polar opposite of tender-headed because one can typically feel the weight of extensions like that at the root during installation.
