    Mung Bean Desert - បង្អែមតៅស័ន
    ✔️ Ingredients and Recipe
    ▪️ Chinese Long Donuts
    ▪️ Peel Split Mung Bean - 1 cup - 200g
    - Rinse and soak mung bean at least 2hrs
    - Steam it for 25 minutes
    ▪️ Water - 2L - 2000ml
    ▪️ Pandan Leaf - 3 leaves
    ▪️ Sugar - 1 cup - 200g
    ▪️ Salt - 1/2 tsp
    ▪️ Tapioca Starch - 6 Tbsp
    ▪️ Water - 1/2 cup
    ▪️ Coconut Milk - 1 Can - 400ml
    ▪️ Salt - 1/2 tsp
    --------------------
    ✔️Below is the recipe for half the portion
    ▪️ Peel Split Mung Bean - 1/2 cup - 100g
    - Rinse and soak mung bean at least 2hrs
    - Steam it for 25 minutes
    ▪️ Water - 1L - 1000ml
    ▪️ Pandan Leaf - 1 leaf
    ▪️ Sugar - 1 /2 cup - 100g
    ▪️ Salt - 1/4 tsp
    ▪️ Tapioca Starch - 3 Tbsp
    ▪️ Water - 1/4 cup
    ▪️ Coconut Milk - 1/2 can - 200ml
    ▪️ Salt - 1/4 tsp

    This is a Vietnamese desert and we called it "chè táo xọn".

      Actually Chinese who came to live in Cambodia has sold these on the street. The same as Vietnamese who recently moved to Cambodia sells Bun Rieu,Pho, Bun BoHue, and more for making a living.
