Great Video! My 2017 Tuscon looks just like that. I had a problem with the 2 Black Clips, They broke on me. They still go in the hole, but do not fit tight. Not sure what size of clip it is. Want to buy 2 new ones. My Battery has lasted 5 yrs.
These cars use tons of energy/electricity is why. For everything. And 2-3 years is normal actually. Your last car probably didn't have all the shit wasting electricity.
The guy should never be using power tools when changing a battery he never cleaned the termials or changed to see how tight they or put any water tight on them so I think the guy is in a hurry or clueless.

Tucson original battery lasted almost 5 years - good? my other cars (original battery) lasted around 7 years.
I just did mine. 4 years. OEM batteries are not usually very good. And of course the warranty on the battery is 3 years.

Your rachet is within 1/2 inch of a serious battery short and could shoot metal sparks into your face. Wrap the handle with insulation tape.
