When I pack my cylinders I use a engine hone and some different length extensions I made for different length cylinders if the barrels are not scared to bad they polish up nice with the 600 grit stone.

It just pushes the air out to the tank
When you reinstall these do you need to worry about the air that’s inside?
No just run it.
What do you think of southstar processor heads?
I do like the looks of them and it looks like they're getting quite a few of them installed and working in the woods.
How do you bleed cylinder after rebuild
Put it on and run it is all you do.
