@@Lawrie_mtb judging by the fact that matt isn't riding his normal bike means that he already has the new frame and built a bike with his the parts from his last bike, just can't show it to us yet, so i dont think it'll take that long, maybe a month or two

For those fakies Matt... It's been a while for me but, instead of steering the bars so much to keep your balance, use your shoulders to balance your weight. You use your knees and hips to balance manuals, so use your elbows and shoulders when going backwards. Just my to pence.
