I’m 62 too. I enjoy your shows. I agree about some of these things put out on internet is to lower our life span.
I started eating g sardines looking for healthy alternatives for my cat. We have a little sardine luau occasionally with my cat. We like it . I do the water sardines, olive oil in sardines, and mske my on mustard for sardines due to the natural favors in most mustard unless you pick it out.
I like the lamb , too. The little T-bone steaks looking lambs.
Sorry can’t make the conference. So sorry I missed the other thing too.
Keep up good work and b12under the tongue, iodine under the tongue , pen, it’s the best. You gotta do your homework and rotate vitamin intake as to what works best for you.

@@lisaholtzclaw4947 I too lost 60+ pounds ,but in my 70s. I ate a healthy diet my whole life. I had never been fat until my husband retired I ate basically one meal a day, supper around 6 PM. When he retired I would have breakfast I cooked for him with him many times, then lunch, I cooked and ate too, in addition to supper. I never realized how much weight I gained because never in my life had I been fat eating whatever I wanted. I finally stepped on a scale and was appalled. My husband had died about 6 months prior from myriad of maladies. The one thing he consumed most was CARBS, I warned him but he wouldn't believe me. I was fat from eating too much good food, he was overweight because he ate the diet recommended in the US diet pyramid. So I went full Keto after his passing. Lost 60 lbs in about a year and have kept it off . All the while eating what I want as long as it is does not contain wheat, corn or sugar . I once in a while do eat a cheat and the scale immediately, next day even, shows how my body reacts. Keep up the good work and you will still be healthy at 77 too. Another secret, if at all possible but a property with some acreage, get some small livestock. Thing is when people age they tend to not only retire from their job most times they retire from LIFE. They have nothing to do, so they do nothing. Idleness is deadly. I MUST tend to the beasties meaning get up and get going every day. Man and woman do not live by bread alone, they need purpose and joy only accomplishment can provide here. Heaven can wait a bit... If life is good.

It's just that everything in moderation. 50 years ago it was a huge deal to go out to eat and if you did the food was probably pretty well prepared. Within that time now people eat out,bad foods, almost every day. Just eat the real food sourced from a good place and have alittle choclate or dessert once in awhile! Most of us know this still it just needs to be followed again. I love my coffee in the morning and have no reason to give up.

@susanganey5931 I hear you. I couldn’t do it, not even when I was pregnant twice. It was so bad with the migraine headaches from the withdrawal. About two years ago I prayed for God to take that from me. He did and I had no withdrawal I even do not feel tired when I wake up anymore. I just drink water. it’s been a challenge finding drinks without caffeine but it’s thankfully so much better for me. I do eat chocolate in moderation but want to stop that too. I pray you will be able to stop without any symptoms if you want that.

The sand is a foot massage exfoliant. Because of the incline, walking back in the opposite direction exercises a different set of leg muscles. The repetitive surf motion is meditative. Thou if you dont mind me saying…you are not him! Obvious 😂 … but really relevant I feel, as a man’s body will respond totally differently to a women’s…much of ours is hivetened by hormones as I’m sure you know! But it’s the cortisol levels we have to watch especially as menopausal women ( you may not be ) … & actually if 45 plus old, full on exercise make any difference, in fact can make it worse. I found intermittent fasting really helped me… at the end of the day, go with your gut, we’re all a bit different & I believe we have to tune into what’s right for ourselves individually 🙏

Portugal is big on sardines. Used to be cheap, people’s food, not anymore!
We only put salt and grilled them. We grill peppers too to go with them. It’s so good. It’s a summer meal.

Replay, sorry but I'm doing things on Monday nights and can't seem to watch live, but as I do my chores on Tuesday mornings I listen.
Thanks so much for the information you give us. On breathing I'm doing chair yoga which is helping. I use the Redmond salt in my water which I do see a difference. Thanks again for everything.

I'm excited to get my mug and mullein tea 🙌🥰♥️ I'm carnivore since 4/8. Oxalate dumping is no joke, it took me over a month to start feeling better. After 3 months I really felt good. Inflammation decreased, and energy increased. 🙌👏👏💯 I'm going to make it to one of your conferences next year. 🥰😎

I’ve lost my thyroid from stage four cancer and I was wondering if I take Iodine daily would that work for me as I still have my Parathyroid glands still. I worked with Stanford clinics and they said I must take the meds…I feel there must be a better more organic way to substitute what my normal thyroid gland makes in our bodies. God bless and thanks ☺️
