In a DAO. Since decisions are decentralized, do you get into a situation where there are too many cooks in the kitchen and decisions therefore are slow and indecisive?

If a DAO hires a professional to do work for them. Who gets to create the tasks for this person? Does every task given needed to go through a vote? Won’t that move too slow? Or not focus enough? Similarly, does the group decided whether this person is doing a good job or not?

Very interesting information. Could a DAO be focused for healthcare use. Probably supporting a certain disease. Kind of like a NGO o fund? At a smaller scale for independent hospitals to buy certain high cost drugs, at a larger scale focusing on research.

@@Joy-fy1lp Perhaps we're misunderstanding each other. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization is a group of people where no one person or authority is in charge. All people within the DAO have a say in the direction of the DAO. I guess my understanding of your original comment was that you wanted to create an exchange where you call the shots. At that point, you have an exchange (or maybe a Ponzi scheme), not an actual DAO.

The escenario you mention at the beginning does not sound compelling at all and is very different from the real potential of DAOs.
This did not explain how to create a DAO. It simply explains how to attract people so you can scam them before you have a DAO created.
