    In terms of emptying out the water, how do you switch the function from the tray to the hose instead?

    Thanks for the useful video. What do you think of the dryer a year on? Still happy with your purchase?

    • @husondiy
      @husondiy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there!! Yeh 100% happy with the dryer. Definitely lower power usage and really easy to use!! Only downside is that cycles can be quite long! Are you thinking of getting one?

      @@husondiy Good to know thanks, Yes - old vented dryer on last legs, ready for an upgrade. Definitely going down the heat pump route. Lots on the market now, but big variation in prices.

    Hi, can the door be reversed?

    I have just bought this tumble dryer, but have never witnessed it reverse tumble drying. My duvet covers end up in a big ball and still damp in the centre. it states it does reverse tumble: For example....... Additionally, the dryer has a reverse tumble action that helps prevent clothes from tangling. Is there a particular button I need to press as I'm a bit disappointed with this model as it never reverse tumbles 😔😔

      @TomCosgrove-vx5ws 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The reverse tumble might be only available on one of the cotton programmes as its one of the few programmes on this dryer that takes a full load.

    Can you pipe it up to the drain so that we don't to empty it

      Yes you definitely can! The pipe kit comes with it too! 👍🏻

    Hi, would you still recommend buying the Beko dryer? Or would you recommend paying 20-30% more & getting a 'better' brand?

    • @husondiy
      @husondiy  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Rob! Honestly it's still going great, and really pleased we bought it. I think Beko is pretty reputable now with a good track record etc. So, no regrets from us to be honest! You got a similar dryer yourself, or looking for one?

    Just got this as it was the cheapest in the market , and because its only 500mm in depth it saved me almost £150 instead of buying an integrated one.
    Great video and helped alot planning the space, doors, hinges etc
    Thanks you

    • @husondiy
      @husondiy  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeh we shopped around, and this one definitely ticked all the boxes.
      We're seeing much less energy usage on drying cycles, which was really the main reason we went for a heat pump one!!
      Good luck with yours 👍🏻

      @@husondiyI'd of kept old one I prefer vented also I wouldn't recommend having a heatpump or condenser dryer in a cupboard beko do make Intergrated dryers tho i do like bekos

      You not like Beko?

    • @glog787
      @glog787 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@husondiy not at all. I normally use lg or bosch (not high end but medium range) and sometimes balay or russell hobbs (low range) and I feel the beko is worse than other low range brands. F.e.: the lint filter has no rubber seal and so lots of lint unnecessarily pass through the millimeters between the two rigid pieces (lint filter and pocket where it goes)... the small model (7kg) I bought has no foam or foam placement place to filter lint before the condenser...the condenser came wringled in some areas right out of the box, as brand new... truly nasty brand... I have been fixing some issues myself which are really below minimum standards they do not have...

    Could consider swapping that double mains socket for a smart one with energy monitoring. Run automations in your Home Assistant to let you know total consumption and let you know when the cycles have finished etc.
