Try the Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadows they have a Dusty Rose pigment and it looks like it would be a pretty good match to what she used.

That look is beautiful but there is nothing natural about it. What’s the point of putting on concealer if you’re going to cover it up with powder then more concealer. And how does that contour not look like one giant dirt smudge? Holy Oompa Loompa.
