      Hi , in Europe , at Breakfast some bread 40g or , rice 40g , egg 1-2/ 2 days, 2 nd day chicken 50g , + bread 40g .. coffee , tea ,no sugar... Lunch =120_ 150g duke , chiken,beef with red beans , or potatoes 50g . tea time 2 fruit, 50_ 100g .or avogado. Dinner fish or schrimp, with vegetable..good luck
