Ingredients:
2 salmon heads with carcasses.(bone)
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 leek stalk
1 celery stalk
two carrots
2 lemongrass sprouts
kaffir lime leaves
bay leaves
And fresh or powdered turmeric.
Salt and black pepper to taste
A teaspoon of cumin powder,
2 teaspoons chimichurri seasoning,
2 teaspoons galangal powder,
2 teaspoons of powdered ginger,
