It's not like they remove the brakes 😂 they are still there and they also use them to brake.. you know that cars with that much power can easily go above 400kph right? Try to slow down from that speed with only high performance disk brakes, gonna take a lot of space.. Air resistance is way more effective

Growing up in the 1960s, Top Fuel dragsters ran in the 6s at 180-ish mph. It was speculated that cars would never be able to run faster than that. Oh well....

Uh this is no longer a supra but a customized car, heavily modified and swapped, Aluminium parts to reduce weight, LS swapped or some other muscle engine i dont hear turbo so it might be blower or nitro powered

Oh, that is true for me as well. I first bought supra, tuned it to maximum and then bought that weird Suzuki car - it was super easy to make money on it, but no pleasure to drive. For pleasure - only supra!
Kids, this is not a Supra, it's a regular dragster with a Supra body. Not a single component of the chassis, drivetrain or engine is from the Supra. I don't know why I'm so excited. It could just as well be a body of, for example, a Volvo S60 and it would go just as fast.

I mean you're wrong ....its every bit of a supra. 2jz and full body just heavily modified, different gearbox and rear axle. It's the ekanoo racing supra and has 2033 whp from a methanol fueled 2jz. When giving advice to kids it's important you're correct 👍

So much haters for supra out there... but trust me, they're just too scared to race a supra, because they wont accept the fate that their modern high hp cars might lose or will barely win against this masterpiece.
Their cars are the stocked ones and you can't blame the modified supra the supra (V4) is older than the majority of modern cars
It's because stock supras aren't that crazy, they're nice, and the engine platform was awesome back in the day, however this is not a stock supra my man. Most modern high HP cars as you put it would walk all over a stock mk4 supra.
@@captclangmany more mundane modern cars would beat a stock supra, they are pretty tame by today's standards and early 90s sports cars, while impressive for their day, just aren't that quick all things considered.
Modified though, the mk4 supra is still a very impressive platform nearly 30 years later. Not many engines will take the abuse a stock 2jz-gte can endure.
