A masterclass. 💛 Thanks Tom!
Did anyone notice how the camera man zooms in on the hot girl and her friend? LOL. Good buying my friend...good buying.
No? Maybe just you. they also look under 20 ew.
At 20:48 there is a flash screen that appears and it says "media offline". Why is that?
Shows that the market is always right
Very entertaining
How much did he originally buy this
4.3m
@@jyap9675 he (AP) paid AU$4,563,245 for it (VIC stamp duty $263,245 + house purchase price $4,300,000)
You can tell this is in Melbourne
A billionaire with the dress sense of a teen.
Why is he making a loss? I thought he puts these places up for his raffles and makes billions? Whats happening all of a sudden?
You can't buy advertising like this for the 2 million he lost on it.
Big picture.
Public perception. Awareness of your brands.... etc.
Most people live in a very short game of its all about the money coming in today. Tomorrow. Next week.
That isn't how you get rich.
Ok, I'll ask. Who is Portelli??
I think it's a tire company
@@bigbag4354 And a winery as well...
It’s a corner store In Melbourne that sells cigarettes and lighters
How does a drug dealer like this sell a house out in the open
how much did portelli lose on this property
$1m
@@Luke-wz9wc Its not a loss, its smart marketing!
@@Luke-wz9wc @elvantonucci695 @teslamodel3201 ~ he (AP) paid AU$4,563,245 for it (VIC stamp duty $263,245 + house purchase price $4,300,000) and sold it for AU$3,245,000 [minus $65,000 the real estate agent 2% sell fee], which means he lost AU$1,383,245 ...guessing he will claim some of that as a capital gains loss of some-sort but he did get marketing of his image/brand for that loss of $'s anyway so it probably still worked out in AP's favour
Sold for $3.245m
Love your entertaining auctions Mr Panos.
