Hi guys I need some advice, I am working on a foreclosure deal, the property is going on auction in less than 10 days. the owner of the property cannot be found, I spoke with some relatives, and no one wants to do anything with him, does someone has advise on how can I bypass the owner and buy directly from the bank? Thank you for the help/

is there much savings in buying from auction ?
You can get lucky. I've seen some bargain buys
Does the legal package come after a winning bid at modern auction? If so, how would you know about such a scenario? If you back out because of some thing like this you'd lose the reservation fee. Maybe I'm wrong. There is a disclaimer doc first

@@terrygorry thanks for the reply. I've been given a buyers info pack which contains docs like ta6, ta10 etc. Is that the legal one? Im quite worried about buying a house this modern method way, if some hidden thing pops up I'll loss my reservation fee. I really like the house. It been up for auction 3 times and nobody's bid on it

@@mrcanisters you need a UK solicitor, not an Irish one. You need to have the auction legal pack reviewed by a UK solicitor
