Just wait for 30 minutes or a few hours, its a temp ban and roblox needs to examine your sus internet connection (it prolly sucks/unstable) and if you try and play after a few minutes it the timer will reset and you will have to wait again, I recommend waiting for an hour

3. Download Roblox

Look on your computer and make sure you don't have an cheat clients installed (for any game) because that could be triggering anti cheat.

You can try doing a factory reset on your pc it could also be a virus interfering with roblox
