      It's a bit of trial and error.

    How would you do this with the paint strokes actually being an image you want revealed?

    • @ManueldoesMotion
      @ManueldoesMotion  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You would use masks to reveal a pic.

      @@ManueldoesMotion Thank you. Got it working a treat! How would you do the opposite? Ive revealed the images with those brush strokes. How do I then delete the image with the same brushstrokes?

    Very helpful as usual. Why turbulent noise rather than fractal noise? Thanks for making this.

    • @ManueldoesMotion
      @ManueldoesMotion  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Thx! I think fractal noise would work just as fine. Years ago I was told that turbulent noise renders much faster, that’s why I mostly use turbulent noise...

      @@ManueldoesMotion Ah that makes sense. What situations do you use Fractal? Or do you always use Turbulent?

    • @ManueldoesMotion
      @ManueldoesMotion  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Andrew Marston I can‘t remember if I ever used fractal noise... But I did a little research and fractal noise seems to be the older effect, turbulent noise was added later. There don’t seem to be a lot of differences, except fractal noise has a loop function. That might be a good reason to use it.

    hm. I like this, but not sure how to accommodate this with editing inside the Premiere. How would you approach it? I do not really want to put long videos inside Dynamic Link... or is it ok?

    • @ManueldoesMotion
      @ManueldoesMotion  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could render out a movie of the transition with an included straight alpha channel and use the movie in Premiere

    Where does the brush_stroke in the project area come from? I was able to follow along up until that point. I'm applying it directly to a project I'm working on.

      You mean the file in that comp I vectorised in Illustrator? I think I googled "paint brush stroke". You could also get some nice ones from iStock oder Shutterstock for just a few bucks...
