From one finnish website: The Nuuk E-Line Duo is installed in place of the original license plate holder and is sized for a European license plate (520 mm). It is NOT directly compatible with the shorter license plate used in Finland (442 mm), so the Finnish license plate must be drilled to the holder, and the edges of the holder are left with so-called "blank space"
So thats not good for shorter finnish license plate:( You should definitely made one for finnish market. There would be many more customers. Long winters as you know😉

I would like to ask you if it is possible to mount Nuuk E line DUO upside Down, do the LEDs are on the top. Thank you.

Yes that is possible to mount upside down according to your requirement. Check your countries regulation as well with ECE R48.
