I just wanted to thank you for saying that whether you prefer to finish one section at the time or work on the entire drawing all at once it's ok. My brain works like yours and I need to work by finishing one section at the time (leaving the rest as a sketch) and because most tutorials and professionals teach that you should build up the entire picture little by little, in layers, I have always felt I am doing it "wrong" and felt bad about it. I never thought about it just being how my brain works. This made me feel better. Thank you ❤
I am those who love to do layers by overall whole picture😅 i cannot do it little by little🤡other than has lil patient, my brain cannot process the little by little section n it make my brain stop working . 🥹 huhu but there is big mistake in that style especially for someone with lil patience huhu art is hard😂
@@ainzaida477 I think the way your brain works is more practical hahaha 😄I have to make a note of all the colors I use so I will use the exact same ones in the next little section. And yes, art is hard! 😩
Excellent advice on those tiny highlights. It really makes it look softer and not as “backscratched” with just using a scraping tool. And I hear you about those ochre colors. I usually blow through those colors first.
I have one of those eraser things and you have just solved my difficulties in using scotch tap - really learnt so much in a few minutes - you have a new fan!
Hi Bonny, love your work, just fantastic🎉😍 and very inspiring 😊 i do have a question about the indenting, would it work as good on pastelmat as on the paper you used in the video?
I can only locate a pergamano embossing tool at 1mm minimum diameter not .5mm. Is this correct. However if .5mm is available please offer a link. Kind regards
thank you so much :) The cat is a full tutorial over on Patreon. There's a step by step guide coming very soon that you can purchase through my shop :)

Magic watching the whiskers appear as you work down!

Brilliant! I love the tip of using the eraser shield with the tape. 👍🏼
Thank you Bonny. Enjoyed the video. The expanded info on embossing is very helpful. Also the eraser shield is new to me. Looks like a great tool.
