Installing a valve cover gasket on a Cub Cadet XT1 Enduro Series

I bought a pair of gaskets, one for each valve cover, on ebay. They were listed as gaskets for a 7000 series Kohler engine with stamped steel rocker covers. They do not have a part number. And again I misspoke. At the time of purchase I paid $2.99 with free shipping.

Pro tip- if you have to use rtv on something permatex makes a product called “the right stuff” and it works! 12 years as a auto shop service manager talking!

It has been so long since I have used that I had forgotten all about it. Yes Permatex "the right stuff" works .
