I actually found mine by accident hidden way behind a bunch of Wrestling figures in the Clearance section at Walmart. I assume some scalper hid it there to come back and get later, so, tough luck. Your hiding place just wasn't good enough because it's on my shelf now.
Ha! I found mine on Friday two isles over on the top shelf barely visible under some Barbie dolls. Lucky me, birthday shopping for a cousin.

I just checked the same spot after work today and snagged a second Cosmos. Think I'll send it Rodimus Primal's way after he finishes moving.

Got lucky on Saturday, my girlfriend and I after seeing a movie went across the street to Walmart and this guy was sitting on the shelf. I was more freaked out finding him than meeting her family afterwards 🤣

I really hope if we can get more new minibots,like tailgate-gears(we were close to get a wfc kingdom gears,but that toy was cancelled and replaced by huffer)-windcharger-beachcomber-brawn, also fun fact:cosmos and override was originally going to be a heavy and expensive repaints and retools of both buzzworthy bumblebee cybertronian mod bumblebee and ss86 hot rod,but they were lucky to get Thier own molds
The Minibots we still need are Brawn, Gears, Windcharger, Bumper, Beachcomber, Powerglide, Seaspray, Outback, Tailgate, Swerve, Glyph, Tap-Out and Rook
And maybe Wipe-Out, Fastback, Rest-Q, Scrounge, Subsea and Flattop
And maybe the Robocars/Optimus and Malignus sold in Brazil by Estrela: Camaro, Carrera, Jipe, Pick-Up, Sedan, Volks, the other Camaro, the other Carrera, the other Jipe, the other Pick-Up, the other Sedan and the other Volks
Cool! And yes! They needed there own molds! No more repaints Hasbro! (Bs I don’t care about repaints) (If they do an really cool repaint that everybody says that it is an must have than I will get that repaint)
@@hotwheelsbrothers687 there was a concept arts for the original look of both cosmos and override,override looks decent but it feels like a male,and cosmos looks really skinny and not pretty fitting with bumblebee body type,even tho Thier alt mods are great

That sucks you had to pay scalpers for this gen if a figure Emgo! I was lucky enough to spot one as soon as the Walmart employee was putting the Velocitron figures on the shelves.

He's 1 per case in Australia as well, managed to find him last week. So happy with him.
G1 Cosmos was the 1st transformer I ever got (still have him) so this release is special for me.
He’s a great figure and I really like him. It’s such a shame that you had to pay scalper prices. In the UK he’s a Smyths Toys exclusive but in plentiful supply here. After the initial batch sold out, he’s been sitting on the shelves in most stores. The entire Velocitron line is at Smyths and are packed in solid cases.
So happy for you that you managed to get hold of Cosmos!
He's such a fantastic upgrade to the G1 original Mini-bot!

I just found him today 10/17/2023 for $8.00 at Ross, and it was the only one on the shelf.!!!! Talk about a crazy find today.

I was lucky enough to find this in a store about a hour away from my house, I made a shorts review 2 days after I got it , I heard to people trying to find it when I went back 3 days later.
After canvasing every Walmart between my job and home for 2 weeks, I found him at the Walmart close to my house at 6am on a Sunday!

Cosmos was one of my 3 favorite G1 figures I had growing up and this one is a cute little chonker.

Back in this video after hearing this guy will be package refreshed without the Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection label, and I would warn others that the flag piece might not be included. Then again, better to look less like a Lakitu than wear a checker flag on the side.
1 per case here in Australia too. Kmart exclusive here (no Walmarts). I picked mine up on Sunday (27/11/2022) at a collectors fair. $65.00. The guy had 4 on his table that he had to import from the U.K.

I managed to find on in store, but I was hit with the QC hammer. His right arm is completely loose, can't hold it up at all. And his right heel doesn't want to click in with out a lot of force. The left one clicks in fine.
But hey, at least I found him!

I was notified that your review went up while I was at work so I was decided to wait to watch it when I got home. I decided to stop off at the closest walmart canada location on the way home and as i got to the TF section they were just putting this guy on the pegs. finally after weeks of hitting multiple walmarts every day on the way home and just missing it each time , I finally get one. picked up a misb nemesis prime aka scourge for my misb collection too, it was a good day after I got out of work, lol.

I went to all the Walmarts in my city, and at the last store. I looked up and seen a small stack of v-tron figures and he was buried in them.
21 moves. Not bad for a toy that originally only had, what, 6 to transform.
These all get released later in Canada were usually a few months behind the USA. If your ever looking for one you missed wait and see if you can get it from Canada a few months later. Cosmos is due to release here soon.

Got my Walmart pre-order today! I never thought I'd see the day.
Luckily I got mine from Hasbro Pulse the second the wave went up for pre-order. Unfortunately, my Cosmos' right shoulder pin joint is a bit loose, so he can't lift his arm out to the side and hold it in any position other than straight out to the right. Ah well...

Cosmos has always been one of those lovable characters. I had always wanted the g1 figure. He's up there with Beachcomber for me. They have their own coolness. I like the engineering, it's simple and nothing is visible syndrome.
Holy crap, $70 us nuts. Well at least you can claim business expenses for him 😆
I was lucky and stumbled upon a Walmart associate who just put up a case of Velicitron on the wall pegs and I tore through stack to get Chunky Spacey Boi in the very back. My wife never witnessed a more fevered dash to get a figure in her life.
Man! $70 for a Deluxe? A bit steep for me, but I’m glad you got him. I was fortunate enough to be in my Walmart close to closing time and they had a couple pallets of new toys sitting out in the middle of the aisle. I was looking them over and seen a box of new Transformers. So I googled the F Code on the box, and to my elation. It was the Deluxe Class Wave that had that figure in it. I took the box and I always carry a knife with me, so I cut open that box and the first Transformer I pulled out was Cosmos. Went to one of the self-checkouts, scanned it, and left. Talk about being in the right place at the right time!
I got lucky after checking a few of my local Walmart stores a few weeks ago. Such a great figure.

I believe that the two guns on the front of the vehicle mode are also bloosh compatible.
For all you people still looking at Walmart don't check the pegs for Cosmos check the upper stock where they keep the extra figures and you'll find him. Most Walmarts are not keeping him on the pegs but hiding them on top. I've seen several of them up there but never on the pegs with the rest of the bots.
Sorry you had to pay scalper prices. I know the feeling since I've had to do that twice before. I'm actually surprised none of your fans offered to hook you up with one at cost since he hasn't been that hard to find in some areas. I found one pretty easily in Orlando, and I've seen some people buying more than one of them on some forums. Well what's important is you got one, and you did it honestly. Good luck with future exclusives! I'm a bit worried about Minerva since the Walgreens exclusives are the ones I have the most trouble with.

I don’t blame you taking the scalper route. It’d be 1 thing if it wasn’t an exclusive, but it feels like Hasbro did everything they could to make this guy almost impossible to get.
Another thing to think about is how much of this figure is really worth your time to stress about? Not everyone has the time wants to use that time to HUNT for a figure they are very likely to never find.

I had to go to Ebay for Cosmos too, but I went with bid-only auctions to avoid the heavy scalpers. I ended up paying $47 plus shipping.
I gotts me one, just happened to be at wallyworld next to my work, and sweet surprise, he there. Now we need bots like seaspray to get the g1 minibot to deluxe treatment
I’ve seen everyone else in the wave. eBay was my back up. I finally got one with selling some of my stuff to a vendor. He said it came from England.
Found one today Dec 21st at Walmart, couldn't believe it from what I've heard about how hard they are to find and how few they made so I haven't even opened it.Prices continue to climb online they were $60-$65 now their $75-$80 unless somebody doesn't know what the have and lists it for $50 or a little less and then it sells in 5 minutes.

I don't know why but the fact that his faceplate looks like a vaguely russian style manly poofy beard makes me happy.
This is my personal favorite of the Legacy Velocitron line. Hasbro did a great job on this figure!

I got my cosmos in Smyth's toys in the UK, there were 12 in the store so I was able to get one
I received my Cosmos in the mail from eBay earlier today. I only paid $49.50 before shipping for Cosmos loose and complete.
Normally I sign up for in-stock alert emails for Walmart exclusives, but this one hasn't even been on their web site.
The blank side of the flag can serve as a surrender flag.
I got seriously lucky and got Cosmos from the "random figure from the selection" SKU that was up for a while.
Have never seen him in the wild ever since :( been looking to help friends out. I hope Walmart gets a lot more of these printed, he's a fun figure, everyone who wants one should be able to get one.
