Stayed 11 night this Aug-Sept 2022 absolutely stunning hotel from the time you arrive to when you leave your treated like royalty.
Staff are wonderful so warm & welcoming rooms cleaned every day food amazing & never a problem with getting a sun bed as there’s so many areas within the grounds to sunbathe.
I can’t fault this hotel at all I’m looking forward to returning next year.

Nice Hotel 😊 but from Germany it is a little bit tricky to travel to Lanzarote and other Islas Canarias because of the new black list of risk countries 😖
Maybe next year if Covid19 is away 🤔 ...

Yes, for safety of all need to cancel flight from other country. The cases here in lanzarote become increase as of now. We need to be safe. You can set your vacation carmen next year. Hope everything are OK soon.

Looks a bit congested around the pool area. Beds too close for comfort, even pre covid .
Real 5* is not as crowded.
