We stay just around the corner ,in a airbnb, we go for evening cocktails . & yes it is the BEST ,no towls on beds in morning !!

Spent my honeymoon here in February and would 💯% recommend it. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing. The staff are excellent and the rooms were immaculate at all times. A fantastic getaway spot and some of the rooms have private hot tubs on the balcony’s.
P.S. the restaurant is an Asian restaurant that does world class food and drink

Beach isn’t private, we often visit this beach as it is lovely and quiet. Access is via from walkways to the left and to the right from Playa chica.

“Lush” there, I’ve said it now I shouldn’t but what other words describes it gorgeous gardens pool areas and chill out areas to relax in what more could you actually want? Not sure if the purse strings will stretch that far maybe one day but you can’t knock what they’ve done with the place, as refurbishments go cracking 👌

Cracking hotel, had a wee sneaky look last year just priced the cheapest room B&B for when we're over 2-7 November, 1832 euro, our Airbnb with sea views is 385euro, would rather go with our option and spend more on nice restaurants & drinks, not doubting it's amazing just not value in my opinion unless budgets don't matter.
Yes agree depends what you want if you like the 5 star treatment then its worth it

We stayed there last year, never again.
The service is poor, rooms are very very small, not enough space to put luggage.
We had a broken lift, which was nearest to our room, bearing in mind I can't walk far or climb stairs very well due to illness, no assistance was given.
You only look at the outer skin, but can't give a opinion on the inn side of the hotel. The list is endless of poor management and service, not a 5 star hotel more a 3/4 star
The only place where we had "good service" was on the terace restaurant.

I had a few nights there three years ago and wasn't impressed either. Service was terrible, junior suite at £450 a night was tiny.
