I'm in Canada, but I ship a lot of packages to the UK and it's been a mess. I've had to re-send so many orders, and most of those people will probably end up with both eventually.
I know how you feel. You create beautiful things and then they go into the hands of others to deliver, hopefully. I always enjoy your videos. Love seeing your dog and what new things you have designed.
As an etsy shop owner I feel this so much. This is my first Christmas and I was really looking forward to it, but the stress from the postal situation has been intense. I'm losing a lot of sleep, I'm sure you are too! So many messages from people, and even though most are kind I know it reflects badly on my little business that things are so very delayed. People overseas obviously have no clue what's going on so they don't understand why things are late. I think it's also had an impact on sales as nobody wants to risk buying something that might not show up in time - safer to order from eg amazon. Full support to the posties, like you said, I just wish the higher ups would sort it out and give them the pay and conditions they want and deserve!

Hello, Thanks for Sharing a part of your wonderful journey... as for the corner lamp. Get a milk crate and it will raise it up off of the floor. It helped me when I had that issue. Square it with the corner so that it will give it sturdiness. Plus it looks like your fur baby loves going under the desk just like mine. 🐾on our ❤ Especially when I was hooking up the computers. As for the 3 screens( its called multitasking just kidding😂 if you like listening to a TV Show or Movie)Thanks again.😊
This was so fun to watch- I really love your work, especially the “small business” sweater design. ✨ I’ve only made one video so far and already I relate so hard to having a precious scene-stealing pup as a costar. 👏😂 The “thank you” after his food is so ridiculously adorable.
sometimes cleaning or updating a computer doesnt help me but restoring it does ! its basically deleting everything and making it as new, it sucks and time consuming but it does help

I'm Dutch and I had a English customer order something for christmas and I had to remind them of the strikes and that I have no power over it if it gets picked up by Royal mail once it entered his country.
Yes it's so frustrating reminding everyone of the strikes constantly :( bless you being in another country and updating people who should already be aware! I hope it hasn't caused you too much stress xxxx
The Uk postal service is a mess isn’t it? I closed early to have a few days to think. I have now reopened and adjusted all my postal dates. I hope it all gets sorted soon x
Do you feel you make more in the markets than online? Or is is like equal? I’ve been thinking of applying to an artist alley for next year, but I’m so scared. Really crazy the post is ignoring letters, I know it’s affecting so many businesses across the pond. I wish you and other businesses the best, it’s like 2020 came and just cursed the world for years lol.

Some are super successful and others in questioning why I’m there 😂 and it’s SO unpredictable so I’m not sure if I can give you a clear answer 😞 it’s always worth trying out things to see what’s best for you though xxx
