coil bowl : how to start

This video is meant for my students and shows them how to start a rope and yarn coil bowl. Previewing this video will help students when they begin this project. You can use anything from laundry line to upholstery cord. Some people wrap plastic bags. Blick art materials sells the cord online. go to their website and look for coil basket cord. I believe this was 1/4 inch thickness.
