Lin Lin the Japanese people love their environment and surroundings and like to keep it tidy. They feel disrespected if someone simply put a sticker on a wall. It's nice to see them treat their streets and community and respect. Unlike America there is trash every corner everywhere you go.
I think it's also very fascinating how Tokio seems to be a small town when you only see its backstreets. In this video, Tokio doesn't look like a city with a population of 36,000,00 to me in this video
@@stillnotlovinggermany2765 I think it's because the city have a good train station system and fast trains, also people are used to be healthy by using bicycle then you can omit use a car, so you can have more backstreets
Respectful quietness is not only observed by pedestrians on the street, but by occupants within their dwelling. I see the gentle glow of lighted windows and porch lights, but nothing is emanating from the properties - no loud boisterous voice - nothing. Such close proximity to one another, yet such tranquil living. And its only 7 o'clock!
@EveLang1 Glad to hear that. I was in a similar position once, but had family to help out with the cost of buying a place. Hopefully one day soon you'll be able to escape to a better place. p.s Maybe buy a lottery ticket now and then. You never know!
I'm sorry for sounding preachy; as soothing as it is, why would you go to sleep to this? he's literally showing us japan streets with natural atmospheric sounds? unless you already been here ... I just kinda find it rude(?), if it's calm ambiance you only like to help you sleep, wouldn't you just listen to some amsr music?
Yeah, and yet not a single trash can in vicinity, just shows how people don't need trash cans every five meters so they'd not litter it's a culture thing.
Wish i could do this in my area But you'd either get assaulted, stabbed or kidnapped Always loved the discipline in Japan everyone doing the best for everyone while still minding their own business
I felt I was watching a slice of life movie. It's really interesting how cinematic those scenes are. Japanese cities, rural landscapes and suburbs has this very lovely atmosphere. Thanks a lot as always!
Love the cleanliness, calmness, discipline in Japan. Such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Wish could live there. Love those individual houses. One can walk around without fear. ❤️
So quiet once you got into the residential neighborhood! Where I live, you would have encountered 11 people playing their TV or stereo too loudly, 6 barking dogs, 2 domestic arguments and a guy using power tools. On your stroll, only Rambalac's footsteps can be heard. Thanks for the night walk! P.S. There was a second copy of this video posted, which has now been removed.
+Ed Garazaky, not always no cuts, sometimes issues happen. I cut accidental camera hits, close reflections of me, technical issues like changing camera or gimbal battery.
The houses have very little walls or gates or nothing at all. Goes to show how trusting they are with each other and how safe they feel within the neighborhood.
wish i could cycle in this kind of street at night someday. it sure will be therapeutic. enjoying the quietness alone. and it is just 7pm only and the street has already became so quiet. simply amazing!
The sounds during the first few seconds are so cool? The train warning sounds like a piano and then the train flying by... felt like it was the beginning of a song or a movie or something
Crazy great peace, darkness and silence at 8 o clock!! This is possible only in Japan. Where I live this is non existent. Traffic, airplanes and helicopters, motorbikes, scum, junkies, tools, anything. People just hate quiteness and are idiots. Thank you for the great video.
13:45 looks to be a real test of the light gathering ability of the GH5 and the 2.8 lens. A little grainy at that amount of light, but the overwhelming majority of the footage under the light from the business signage and street lights shows the excellent capability of the Lumix. Thank you for the clip.
Thank you very much ,grazie mille!! Nerima district is one of the Tokyo district i would like to see...because when i was young( many years ago 😂😉) one of my fav Anime ,Uruseiyatsura (Lamù in Italy) told the stories of the wonderful characters of this "anime", set in Nerima!! Ciao, greetings from Italy
Hard to believe a city with such a dense population looks so tidy.
Lin Lin the Japanese people love their environment and surroundings and like to keep it tidy. They feel disrespected if someone simply put a sticker on a wall. It's nice to see them treat their streets and community and respect. Unlike America there is trash every corner everywhere you go.
You drop paper, great dishonor to family and emperor!
Theyre Japanese that's why

My God, everything is so beautiful.

All your videos are amazing and so interesting to watch. I feel like I'm really there! Thank you so much for your work.
his filming is so immersive,no shaky camera,no suprising cuts, just one steady continuous shot
+Ed Garazaky, not always no cuts, sometimes issues happen. I cut accidental camera hits, close reflections of me, technical issues like changing camera or gimbal battery.

Am I the only one fascinated with the placement of the bushes near the electric post beside the railways? They just look so pretty to look at!

Night....... but warm street. very attractive scenes.
I LOVE the dead quiet back streets of Tokyo at night. One of my favorite things about visiting Tokyo was how loud and quiet it was.
I'm glad found your channel years ago, all of your videos gave me a chill while watching it
These back streets and alleys seems to look very safe at night. Nice and quiet neighborhood and no cars parked on the streets. Amazing.
if you live here with car you have to proof to police you have permanent car parking place.
wish i could cycle in this kind of street at night someday. it sure will be therapeutic. enjoying the quietness alone. and it is just 7pm only and the street has already became so quiet. simply amazing!
Im Asian and the streets at my country are broken af not repaired for 10 years and they are also infested with street dogs at night

Dunno about yall but watching this video in full screen, 4K with dim lights and Yoste - Chihiro playing in the background is *gold* to me.
I'm amazed by the safety of the streets. :O Kids running in dark, narrow street that barely has lightnings.
Thank you for the video! Amazing!
The sounds during the first few seconds are so cool? The train warning sounds like a piano and then the train flying by... felt like it was the beginning of a song or a movie or something
yes it sounds like the song Night People by Deafheaven !! so cool
Wow, I loved that! Even at night when all is still, Japan is mesmerizing. I've never enjoyed a walk after dark so much!

Japanese streets are the most beautiful in the world!
