You need exquisite furniture of the highest quality, fabulous fabrics, window treatments of the highest quality. In short to do justice to that setting, you need to have good taste in picking up the right pieces to highlight every room. This house is quite a project to bring it to life but with a budget, time and taste, it would be a fascinating project that I would undergo having the means and the time.

It might not require too much cooling in the summer. All the stone and trees surrounding might be great for keeping it cool in the summer.

Conclusion, in terms of land, it's the best landscape and the best depth compared to those rich houses that have 1000 m2 of land sometimes in the 3B(berverly hills, brentwood and the famous bel air).
