A thank you for all your videos You're videos inspires me a keeps me focus on enjoying life Riding my bicycle hundreds of miles hiking up mountains and never giving up
My uncle was in Vietnam. He went there at least twice. He only brought back two stories. One of them was climbing a hill, in the jungle and being attacked. Ever since hearing that story I always wondered what that was like. I'm in the Philippines and I like to hike. Sometimes I find myself on a hill in a jungle and remembering what happened to him. To all of the Vietnam Veterans I remain forever grateful and respectful.
My "Black Hats" off to you guys on this one!!! That set up with the Tentsmiths was just awesome and that clay rocket stove was well...OUTSTANDING! Level up big time on this one bro!!! Best to you and medium dude :)
One lucky guy to be able to spend time like this with your son teaching him the ways of the land. Ive got two boys and I cannot wait to do these things with them. Great video fellas
Survival skills and self reliance, check. Raising testosterone levels, check. Masculinity, check. Spending quality time with your son and being a positive role model, check. Patriotic and freedom loving, check. Everything I love about your videos, and everything that is contrary to the current narrative. Keep doing what you're doing.
As a kid, i use to collect mud/clay, and my fish i'd catch, I'd wrap in large leaves, and then clay, and bake it on camp fire, fun part was , I was in the middle of Independence Mo, at an old closed swim lake. Fun times... No one would let me bring my catch home, much less cook in their kitchen, so I did it myself...
This is NOT your worst video. Every single one is, in your own words "outstanding". You've given me the gumption to get my LC-1 squared away and ready for a camping trip this fall/winter.
Brilliant eh? What a great idea for a Scout type camp. Project to build, then super efficient cooking using minimal firewood in a location that will get used again and again. Genius.
The clay stove was one of the coolest things I have seen in a while. I wish I had some clay by me but most is sandy soil. I always enjoy the tips and info. I just go out and have a blast and if anything takes off then its a bonus! Another great video!
It is so good to see you both camping together. My 2 sons never had this opportunity to play and learn with their dad. Their dad died when I was 7 months pregnant with the 2nd son and the first one just turned 1 year old.. It was really painful to see them grew up without their dad. Now, they are already 24 and 25 years old and it is still hurts. God bless you both and stay well.
As much as you think youtube is putting your videos down, just know your teaching people and teens like me how to buschcraft instead of sitting on there ass inside, thanks alot man youve taught and inspired me to do alot
As a Scouting leader, I incorporate your techniques into our outings. Your no BS approach is perfect for the scouting mind. Pack 111 Den 8 in Davis, CA is a huge fan. 🇺🇸
Brother , I’m a 30 year Union Bricklayer. What I saw you guys build impressed the 💩out of me. OUTSTANDING ! You are a continually leaving me speechless with your skills. This is by far my favorite channel for bush crafting. Keep them coming!
Thanks Corporal for not leaving youtube. Your vids give me piece of mind while I am stuck in a cubicle all day. Oh and for that rocket stove I think you should be promoted to Sergeant!!!! Bad Ass!!!
Corporal is a chef. Really good cooking. Should make a cooking series! About survival skills, thanks for your hardwork and high quality content. I'm learning a lot!
Corporal - here because I stumbled across your note in the main feed; didn't even know a new vid had dropped. I think the algorithm is just favoring shock and outrage content rn. The world is crazy enough I could *always* do with watching a how-to on some stuffed mushrooms and a clay oven.
Man that sucks....i just started following you!! I love how you have your son involved. I want to do the same thing with my son!! Keep the videos coming. Im learning a lot
Hey Cpl. Kelly, You are an excellent instructor.Let your student/son take the lead and find his own materials, make his stakes and build his shelter. That's an excellent way to showcase your skills as an instructor. As always an excellent video.
Lowest rated video? You must be kidding ! The Rocket stove solves a huge amount of cooking and heating issues. Fantastic video. Come back in a few months and use it to warm your shelter . We use water in the hole of posts we drive into the ground as an sop in the Caribbean . Hazelnut my favorite. Thanks for the alternative notification. Keep up the good work.
Its cool to see a dad spend time with his son. Its even cooler to see a son who wants to hang with his dad outdoors. It would have been cool to make a team exercise of hauling the clay, an improvised sling or drag. Cool stove!
Well, your channel is one I have been following for quite a while. I see you're at 425K. Let's see how long it takes to get you 700K. Its a big push, but your subscribers can help ....get the word out....simple..easy peazy. Then the final push to 1 Mil and you're all set. Now you can make the videos that you really want to make and not be too concerned with how they will go with your subscribers...they will always be there. "SO FOLKS...GET ON BOARD"
Great job I liked that clay-covered jet stove always good to see your videos and all the hard work you put in them. The kid is getting big AF and learn g the tricks of the trade outstanding.
people probably don't think about the fact that Corporal the mule had to walk up the hill to set the camera and then walk it again to get the shots. Pulling double mule duty lol. Sweet rocket stove. Kudos to your son for wanting to hang with dad to learn all this cool stuff!
Great video this week. Lots of info packed into a short amount of time. My son and I were out in the woods this weekend for a overnight stay. Passing on knowledge to the next generation. Always good to see new things.
Message to "Medium-Sized Dude": You know you're hanging out with one of the best role models there is, right? Get as much as you can out of the times you have with this guy.
Good job, Sean. You make very instructive videos-- hang in there. I've only watched for the last 2 years. I'm 75 and wish I had discovered Bushcraft 20 years earlier so I could take part in it..
The way you got stuck carrying that pile of clay up the hill amused me greatly.... but that is what parents are for. I recall taking my son and a friend of his on a 13km hike on a rough part of the Bruce trail when he and his friend were 8. About 7 hours of walking at that point. I remember that I had a heavy pack... in case we ended up spending the night (first time doing that section.) I also remember carrying everones packs up several really big hills in relays... and carrying his friend for some of the way. I ended up taking many kids out on that section and always boasted that if I needed to I could carry one out. I had to prove it once too. I always stay sore until at least the next day when I do that hike (currently 53,) and my now 23 year old son is never sore beyond an hour or two after. Doesn't seem fair, but I somehow always end up offering to carry the water for both of us.
I take notes on your videos. So much to learn and so much to apply. I love them. Please keep them coming. I’m surprised that with as many subscribers that you have that you aren’t getting any more searches and views.
That’s awesome man. Never seen a bushcraft rocket stove before. Dakota fire pit eat your heart out! Lol. Also know the struggle with the TH-cam thing. Just started one a month or so ago, but it seems like an uphill struggle. I’ll just keep plugging away though, and in the meantime enjoy your videos in my downtime
Wherever your videos go TH-cam or not me and my boys will be there watching! Also keep pushing yourself and promoting because we need you here to stay! Last thing, it would be awesome to see you do some overnighters with a fan 😀
My earliest memory of camping is while my father was in the A.F. stationed at Adair A.F. base Ore. I was in K- 2 grade weekends sleeping under wool blankets on wool blankets type lean to.
Love the time and the teachings that you do with your son. Quality time is very important. Keep up the good work. Semper Fidelis The Air defense Sargent
Watched this on my Television for the first time instead of my cell phone. I really enjoyed it!! But I couldn't figure out how to like or comment, so I made sure to log on to do so on my laptop. Enjoyed the clay, that was new. With all the talk about not using cordage, have you thought about an instructional video about how to make twisted cordage?? As always, I wish you Be Good and Be Safe!!
Love your videos Corp. Thank you. Medium dude seems to enjoy himself, which is great. Hopefully, he can learn from you! Cheers from Australia. Love that bush too.
You do a super show, totally enjoy watching your video's. I have learned new ways to tie paracord, not bad for a young 70 yr old camping enthusiast. Of all the bushcraft shows on you tube, your show is number 1 with me, because you talk ! As you work building and demonstating your skills. Keep up the fantastic work, and your son needs to talk more.

The expression on you kid's face when you threw the garbage bag at him for him to handle the digging was hilarious! I spit my coffee AF!!
should have got him to do more
One lucky guy to be able to spend time like this with your son teaching him the ways of the land. Ive got two boys and I cannot wait to do these things with them. Great video fellas
I came here because of the post that sad this was your worst video. I would say this is one of your best videos, keep up the good work.
That’s why I came here too! Gotta support Corporal!
Same reason I came here! 😁
Must have been a knucklehead.
Agree. Kids need to know these skills!!!
What post and from where? I didn't this was a terrible vid
Nicely done! The stove was killer. Really enjoying the recent shelter builds.

More kids need opportunities like this with their fathers/parents. Good video 👍

Food looks good AF
I know that gives you a lot of joy to have your son with you !!!
I think that you're the best outdoor channel, no frills only skills. edit: and bacon grease
Please Tell YT this and thanks for watching
Can’t get any better than father and son time out in the wilderness! This is my favorite video! Thanks for this bud
This is NOT your worst video. Every single one is, in your own words "outstanding". You've given me the gumption to get my LC-1 squared away and ready for a camping trip this fall/winter.
I love having your son in videos!!!
So inspiring to see the younger generation out in nature learning invaluable skills from their father! Our prayers to you and yours always!
So happy see you with your boy again
Just wanted to say that the camera work with shots and angles was really well done. All in all good team work on this one.
Ah sweet, I was kind of wondering what a Corporals Corner's rocket stove setup would look like!
Love the stove. Please try out more paleo construction.
Yes the rocket stove was the bomb!
Yes more cooking with nature
Brilliant eh? What a great idea for a Scout type camp. Project to build, then super efficient cooking using minimal firewood in a location that will get used again and again. Genius.

Love your videos Corp. Thank you. Medium dude seems to enjoy himself, which is great. Hopefully, he can learn from you! Cheers from Australia. Love that bush too.
If you put small stones around the top of the cylinder, you can use a frying pan. Without plugging it up.
"Here we go, we're at it, again..." Once again, informative and entertaining as usual. Semper Fi, you Mighty Awesome Devil Dog. ERRAH!!!
Those mushrooms looked delicious!
You know you are a Corporal fan when you look through the list of videos and they all say "Watched".
