True, and advertisinh I kinda get. But I don't get it when people ask for subs or to support eachother. I mean what the point of having more subscribers if they don't watch your content. I understand the frustration though but I do it because I love it not just for the subs.

I have a video on it from my channel!! the first thing you need to do is verify your channel in your settings though
Hey, are they your animations, they're awesome. to get a custom thumbnail, there should be a button to upload a thumbnail when your video is uploading onto yt. If its not there it might be because you havent verified your account, which you can do in your creator studio.

+Ashley Default just checked out your channel and you have great videos and you're awesome on camera. Here's what's not working: your titles are not optimized, meaning you're not picking video topics that people are actually searching for. Keep your thumbnails consistent to be easily recognizable. And change your header to say when you post and why people should subscribe. That should help!
