Just in case you didn't know that you could use an application called"高德地图"or“百度地图”，probably could be searched in English by"amap". These are map applications, and many Muslims are living in China, so you could easliy find vegetarian food in the map applications. In China, Muslims' food preferance is called"清真"，you could use this key word to find the restaurants which offer food without pork. If you are a totally vegetarian, "素食"is the key word that probably could be used. Have a good day! From now on the cities you've traveled are still not the most developed or the poorest. "甘肃", which is called Gan Su in English is a really beautiful province ,but also one of the poorest in the meantime, this place also worth travelling, in the aspect of nature view and social view.
