Don't join VIT, waste of money and lot of unnecessary needs to be done. U won't find peace in VIT and the academics is unnecessarily burdening. Also there are there is a lot of crowd in VIT so if you have to get to anywhere or get anything done it will be extremely tough. Also you won't have an option freedom choose your hostel room type they will allocate you in a room they wish so freedom so nobody treats you here well and hostel mess food is very bad....This is from experience please don't join VIT.
