As a Chiefs fan, I don't think Mahomes will catch Brady. Not because he's not good enough to, but because so much has to go right to win that many Superbowls, and much of what has to go right is beyond his control. Rich, Warren, the goal is not matching 7 rings in my opinion. The goal is 20-0. Brady’s got the counting stats. Montana has insane stats in SB’s plus 4-0. He needs the 20-0 season and that’ll give him massive ammo for GOAT status. Not that he doesn’t already have plenty of ammo, my gosh, but 20-0 really takes that up a notch. That’s the goal!!

The fact that people say Mahomes is overrated boggles mind. I would say they're just haters but I think they're just delusional. So many said they were gonna have a down year. Many said they wouldn't win the division and many of those said they'd miss the playoffs. Here's the thing...Mahomes makes his team better, not the other way around. Were Kelce and Hill having great years with Alex Smith? Sure. But Mahomes took them to another level. People say they played up his ankle injury.....ridiculous. Because of the so called "script". I’ll take a peak Aaron Rodgers over Patrick Mahomes now. That can change in the future, but Rodgers Super Bowl year was some of the greatest arm talent that I’ve have ever, ever seen. It was like watching Pedro Martinez in 99’. I am not even a GB fan but he was simply phenomenal that year.
