A very dangerous "how to" video. Telling people to simply look at the diameter/thickness of their extension cord is irresponsible to post something like this. No mention of what gauge cords you're holding, if they're a 15 amp or a 30 amp, type of plug (4-prong or 3-prong).
Thank you for the kindergarten version of using generators with extension cords. Like the way you talk about different sizes and say nothing about plug types, gauge, ampere draw or surge current without using the word surge. Next time maybe you should give some useful information like whether and where your generator needs to be ground/neutral bonded when using extension cords. To any other reader, check out a real video on this from someone who actually knows something. To the creator, remove this before you get someone hurt.
