Getting more Cake orders and making more sales is something most bakers grapple with especially at the beginning stages of their businesses. But once you are able to get the right strategies to make more sales and get more customers, some of which I shared in this video, then this challenge will be a thing of the past.

Thank you for this information. Just some friendly advice…you should try condensing your tips. It’s easy to get lost in what you’re saying because you go too far deep into irrelevant details. i.e listing all of the different house names in the sporting events. What you have to share in valuable but creating pin points could help you better organize your videos.

These same tips apply, they were the same I used when starting out. You start from in, out. Who are the people you know that make up your immediate environment that can afford to buy, identify them. You also need to create awareness about your brand by spreading the word and sharing content, BTS and all about your Business, they have a way of pulling people in.

Hmmmmm. I had to watch to this over and over again. God bless you ma. My problem with freebies is that I mainly don't get clients there. What can I do. I remember doing a came worth 20k for a client at 8k. No clients at all. I remember taking free cakes to church too, still no clients. They all say wow your cake is Nice. Still no sales💔

Hi just seen your video any advice for cake businesses going under especially in UK were gas food electric going up. Nobody is buying cake anymore, as they can't afford it I've had 4 cake businesses close in last month near me. I can't lower prices it's tough at moment and it's my only job. Any advice be greatful. Thanks I've tried giving away free cupcakes with a mini cake order but people only interested when I have offer on and don't order only when offer on. Tried advertise everywhere and leaflets round my area just giving up hope. 😢

I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through in your Cake Business and the economic situation at the moment is very much understandable.
Based on what you shared, I think this may be the time to start looking elsewhere for a new set of customers as hard and tough as it may sound. The current ones in all honesty may have gotten used to the offers and this isn't a good marketing strategy depending on how often it's done. So, restrategize and look for new customers who would not only appreciate your craft but would be willing to pay for it. They still do exist. In the meantime, please don't give up just yet, hang in there.
