I had an iPad mini 2 for a few years, and damn, for it being such an old device it’s still strong, and you can preform daily tasks easily. I was fortunate enough to be able to get a mini 5, but I gave my mini 2 to my mum and it’s still working well, I just needed a new one that could support apple pencil and had the latest iOS so I could access school apps easier and faster, but if you wanna save on money then I definitely recommend getting the 2, just make sure it’s from a trusted seller and that it isn’t damaged in any way. The battery was also kind of diminishing, it was still working well but I think that’s a factor of concern if you want all day battery.
