What Hans was really poking at when he said that Gilgamesh didn't "understand" human emotion but enjoys it is that he cares less for the individual human as opposed to the things they create such as entertainment, technological innovations, etc. This is largely why Gilgamesh had grown so angry with modern day humanity during FSN as we ourselves had grown complacent and stale, sacrificing progression for stability. This is highlighted as well in Fate Extra when Twice notes that humanity has hardly grown since WW2, seeing the only solution for this being a endless war which would theoretically cause humans to innovate endlessly and improve.

I have hear there are certain sexual implications (although not sex scenes) that caused the game to be too much for us English speakers (primary USA ). Although other stuff of these implications have been permitted before, once upon a time there are games that do not. Also I think its the console that the game is on, there are newer devices, and they would have to make a remaster or remake.

I know this might be the wrong place to ask, but are you going for the normal or true ending in these playthroughs, if at all possible I would urge true as that would make you pretty much the first guy to have the true ending stuff in English. Not only would that be invaluable to fans but also, hopefully, get you some more just attention. Thank you for all the time and effort!
I'm limited by what has been translated already, unfortunately. I do have a few volunteers that have offered to help with that and scenes from other character's routes, but I can't say for sure I'm going to do anything until I have the translation actually in my hands. I can say that I'll 100% do it if I get the chance, I've been recording the CCC route scenes on a separate save as I've been going along.
The reason for the terms bad, normal, good and true roughly mean the following. Bad means that some event has ceased the progression of the story, almost always negative and in most dramatic vns involves death or some other gruesome fate. Normal ends are in a grey area varying dramatically from tragic or bittersweet to somewhat happy but not to the degree of being a bad end, nor happy enough to be a good end. A good end is almost always happy and usually is the 'feel good' option. True endings are the author's intended ending for the work, driving home whatever narrative message they wish to send as well as possibly being the most satisfying. Thus I would argue Intended ending is better than 'True ending', especially in the case of the Nasuverse. Spoilers: F/SN contains the following examples in proof to the above: Bad: Bad ending #1 is a pretty god example, being decapitated with the fate of being turned into a doll to be played with/tortured forever. Normal Ending: Heavens Feel 'normal' features Sakura saved but Shirou dead and her living out her days in the vain hope that he might return. Good End: UBW good end, Saber is kept around by Rin and happy fun time for everybody. True End: All three 'true ends of FSN speak for themselves.
I agree, I personally like the all paths are cannon approach to massive fictional universes like the Nasuverse as it prevents many of the problems that emerge from one of the endings being definitive canon and thus making the others, to some degree, invalid. As I said above True/intended ends are usually (or probably planned to be)satisfying, though there is no guarantee that they in fact are. I personally feel that CCC's ending fits very well as a narrative conclusion even if it is not the happiest, though I am more than glad to have the other endings too. As regards HF I completely agree, especially since HF is my favorite route and Sakura my favorite heroine. All the best t you, it is nice to see that civil discourse can still take place on TH-cam.

Passionlip's punishment is very disturbing to some people, her reactions make it feel like the protagonist is raping her or something. If anything, I think that would be the reason the game wasn't brought to west yet, breasts and panties fanservice is nothing compared to that.

I know this might be the wrong place to ask, but are you going for the normal or true ending in these playthroughs, if at all possible I would urge true as that would make you pretty much the first guy to have the true ending stuff in English. Not only would that be invaluable to fans but also, hopefully, get you some more just attention. Thank you for all the time and effort!
I'm limited by what has been translated already, unfortunately. I do have a few volunteers that have offered to help with that and scenes from other character's routes, but I can't say for sure I'm going to do anything until I have the translation actually in my hands. I can say that I'll 100% do it if I get the chance, I've been recording the CCC route scenes on a separate save as I've been going along.

The reason for the terms bad, normal, good and true roughly mean the following. Bad means that some event has ceased the progression of the story, almost always negative and in most dramatic vns involves death or some other gruesome fate. Normal ends are in a grey area varying dramatically from tragic or bittersweet to somewhat happy but not to the degree of being a bad end, nor happy enough to be a good end. A good end is almost always happy and usually is the 'feel good' option. True endings are the author's intended ending for the work, driving home whatever narrative message they wish to send as well as possibly being the most satisfying. Thus I would argue Intended ending is better than 'True ending', especially in the case of the Nasuverse.

F/SN contains the following examples in proof to the above:
Bad: Bad ending #1 is a pretty god example, being decapitated with the fate of being turned into a doll to be played with/tortured forever.
Normal Ending: Heavens Feel 'normal' features Sakura saved but Shirou dead and her living out her days in the vain hope that he might return.
Good End: UBW good end, Saber is kept around by Rin and happy fun time for everybody.
True End: All three 'true ends of FSN speak for themselves.

I agree, I personally like the all paths are cannon approach to massive fictional universes like the Nasuverse as it prevents many of the problems that emerge from one of the endings being definitive canon and thus making the others, to some degree, invalid. As I said above True/intended ends are usually (or probably planned to be)satisfying, though there is no guarantee that they in fact are. I personally feel that CCC's ending fits very well as a narrative conclusion even if it is not the happiest, though I am more than glad to have the other endings too.
As regards HF I completely agree, especially since HF is my favorite route and Sakura my favorite heroine. All the best t you, it is nice to see that civil discourse can still take place on TH-cam.
