Hi there, thank you for your question and apologies for the delay in response. The SYMBYX Neuro helmet emits both red and infrared light. Our infrared light diodes emit 3 Joules per diode per minute, and our red light diodes emit 0.9 Joules per diode minute. Each session is 24 minutes, 12 for red light and 12 for infrared.
Therefore, per session, it is:
20*0.9*12 = 216 Joules of red light
20*3*12 = 720 Joules of infrared light
